The location of Heritage Park Inn in Kissimmee is really convenient. It's close to attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. However, I had issues with the amenities. They didn't provide clean towels for two days, and I had to ask for them on the third day. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, which was frustrating. The room wasn't serviced during our stay. trash wasn’t emptied until we left. My husband had trouble with the room key, which wouldn’t unlock the door, and I had to force it open to let him in. The hot water was lacking, the first night's shower was cold, and the second night was only slightly better. We also expected breakfast but found that it wasn’t offered. The noise from the parking lot made it hard to relax at night. Overall, the place needs better management and attention to guest comfort.

The shower was stone cold first night, I mean, I was running what felt like over 50 gallons, just to get it warm enough to not feel like I was in a freezer. Then we moved to another room next morning, and not only did we find it cleaner, but, honestly, it had a much fresher air, no cigarette smell this time. That was a relief.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but you know, it was still somewhat acceptable.

Our family enjoyed a comfy night in a well-sized double room. The area shows potential, but we missed key amenities like a coffee maker and extra trash bins. A quick wipe-down of surfaces would enhance the experience. Bring hangers for a more organized stay.

We spent one night in a Double Room and faced numerous issues. The lack of hot water was a significant inconvenience, and staff seemed indifferent to our complaints. The towels were thin, low quality, and the absence of a dryer was disappointing. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
